Try to make distance of 1 meter distance from every other person .

Always Wear mask while going outside.

Stay home .

Do breathe exercises regularly.

Help those poor people where the government unable to reach.

Shopkeepers please DON'T sell basic items at high rate.

Must follow the rules made by the government.

DO yoga asanas like sukhasana, padmasana and many more.

DRINK Turmeric (Haldi) in boiled milk regularly.

HOW WE CAN HELP THE GOVERNMENT?:
